Digital360Solutions LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to perform robust design measures and access management solutions to protect the organization's systems and data. Lead the implementation, operationalization, or optimization of projects in support of the cybersecurity program. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of information and cybersecurity to perform the following duties.

Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Forensic Computing, or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) field that provided the required knowledge and abilities, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position that provided the required skills and abilities. In lieu of the above primary academic and experience requirements.
The employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, or any STEM field that provided the required knowledge and abilities, along with five (5) years of post-degree, progressive experience in any related positions that provided the required skills and abilities.

Salary: $120,910 per year
- Oversee the response to security incidents, including containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident analysis. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure swift, effective resolution and continuous improvement of incident response plans.
- Manage the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle, including risk analysis, identification, and remediation. Utilize advanced tools to detect vulnerabilities, prioritize risks, and oversee patch management cycles.
- Design and enforce security controls in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), focusing on access controls, data encryption, and secure configurations to safeguard critical cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure organizational adherence to cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR). Work with auditors, legal teams, and management to maintain compliance and effectively manage cybersecurity risks.
- Leverage AI-driven security models to enhance threat detection, anomaly identification, and predictive security, improving the organization’s ability to identify and respond to advanced threats proactively.
- Manage IAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, Azure AD) to enforce role-based access controls (RBAC), ensuring secure and efficient access to organizational systems and sensitive data.
- Conduct in-depth threat modeling, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses and recommend robust mitigation strategies across applications and systems.
- Aggregate, analyze, and disseminate threat intelligence to anticipate cyber threats. Collaborate with external intelligence providers to identify emerging vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
- Integrate security controls into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring secure coding standards, threat mitigation, and security by design in all software projects.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments to evaluate the organization’s security posture. Develop and implement risk management strategies, including threat modeling and vulnerability analysis, to protect critical assets.
